Initial scaffold Project skeleton for claude-gauge: a hardware instrument cluster and companion web dashboard driven by a local Python daemon that tails ~/.claude/projects/**/*.jsonl. Includes: - PLAN.md with cluster layout, dashboard sections, architecture, metrics brainstorm, and phasing. - README.md overview. - Python package scaffold (src/claude_gauge), pyproject.toml targeting Python 3.12+ and uv, MIT LICENSE, standard gitignore.
