Write a JSONL log file alongside the cache capturing investigation metadata:

  • Which dirs used the most turns
  • Which triggered external lookups
  • Confidence distribution across entries
  • Where budget pressure hit
  • Total cost breakdown

Enables post-hoc analysis of investigation quality and future tooling on top of luminos.
