Session 9 wrap-up. Updates the project CLAUDE.md to reflect the full scope of work done in this session.

Current Project State: bumps phase status to reflect Phases 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 complete; notes Phase 3 task 1 is the planning pass design sketch (deferred from prep); updates last commit reference; adds test count (234 passing).
Session Log: rewrites the Session 9 row to cover all of today's work — scope shift (#64) plus all four Phase 3 prereqs (#57, #56, #55, #70) plus the leaf-first contract docs (#72). 6 PRs, 70 net new tests (164→234). Removed Session 6 to keep the in-file log to the last 3 sessions per the wrap-up protocol.
